    1. Push ups 4×25
    2. Flat bench pyramid 10,8,6,4,4,6,8,10
    3. Incline Dumbell press one arm at a time 4×22 or 11 each arm.
    4. Cable Fly’s 3×15
    5. Tricep pulldowns 3×15
    6. Tricep extensions 3×15
    7. Dips 10×10
