Coronavirus Stay at Home Workout Routine
If you are considering skipping the gym because of Coronavirus you may be wondering? How to get ridiculously jacked without going to the gym. Believe it or not, it’s actually possible according to science and it’s always good to change up your routine. I’m not the biggest fan of cardio however, I realize that it is a necessary evil. Now, is a great time for those at home bodyweight workouts, sprint workouts, biking, jogging, or anything you can think of outside of the gym. I recommend taking some BCAA’s prior to any extended cardio, to help prevent muscle loss. For some awesome BCAA’s check out:
Ok enough talk, it’s time to get shredded. If you are a beginner shoot for 2-3 rounds. Intermediate 5-7 rounds, and if your salty get all 10. Take a minute between each round for rest and make sure you stretch and stuff before you start. This full body workout, can be done everyday and anywhere as the only equipment you need is you. It’s also simple, however don’t be fooled, it will challenge you!

- Lunges x 11 (each leg)
- Push Ups x 11
- Scissor Kicks x 50
- Squats x 11
- Diamond Push Ups x 5
- Burpees x 11
