The daily experiment smoothie
- 1 banana or avocado
- 1 cup(ish) frozen fruit
- 1 scoop VSI Elite-7 Meal Replacement or VSI Whey Protein (Flavor does not matter)
- 1 cup(ish) Almond Milk,Coconut Milk, Regular Milk, Coconut Water, or just plain water. (Coconut Milk is my personal favorite)
This is my go to post workout smoothie and sometimes before bedtime snack. Its really easy and like I said flavor doesn't matter. At first, I would only use vanilla, but I experimented one day. I used chocolate whey protein, with a cherry frozen berry mixture and it was one of the best smoothies I have ever made. Hence the name hopefully you will find a combination you really like.
